  7. Faire un bref passage au réfrigérateur ou congélateur. 
    Voire même l'utiliser de suite.
  8. Actionner le poussoir pour former les spritz.
  9. Les déposé sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson.
  10. Enfourner à 180°C. pendant environ 10 à 15 minutes selon qu'on les veut doré ou non.
